Main Features:
The machine is mainly used for vertical and horizontal cutting of thin paper below 200g. The problem that the food paper can not be automatically sorted is solved. When the stacking quantity reaches 100, 200 and 500 sheets, the cutter stops for a few seconds, and the conveyor belt pushes the paper stack forward. The workers standby could collect and pack them directly. Which is more easy and intelligent.
It is suitable for food paper industry (hamburgers, sandwiches), self-adhesive paper, A4 copy paper, SMS non-woven fabric and other materials.
Servo motor for feeding and PLC & servo encoder for tension control, higher sheeting accuracy. The standard configuration is 2 rolls feeding. Hydraulic shaftless loading stand can be selected. It has the characteristics of simple operation and convenient maintenance.
