2) It is used for flexo label printing in polyester satin ribbons, cotton tape, fabric label, nylon taffeta, paper
Main Features:
• The printing mechanism of this series is that ink will be evenly spread-out on the ink-rollers at first,from the ink-rollers,the ink transfers to the printing cylinder.
• The flexo photopolymer plate will collect the ink and press directly on the surface of the materials.
• The label will go through the drying process to complete the whole printing procedures.
• The printed label can reach the result of higher strong washing fastness by heating inside the Automatic Temperature Controlled Oven between 3-8 hours.
• Strong colorfastness to wash and polish,perfect color registration,stability the different printing cylinders.
• Printing front 2 colors, back 1 colors, color and lustre is bright beautiful for better result,and printing black and better white.
• It is used for flexo label printing in polyester satin ribbons,cotton tape ,woven label, nylon tape, paper tape and cloth tape.
Drying Part:
Front side includes heater plate and infrared lamp drying.
Back side is heater plate drying.
